There is no commitment for Value Plans. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but just make sure you do so before your plan auto-renews at the start of your next billing cycle. You may choose to pay monthly or annually. Subscription plans renew automatically every month or year after your sign up date until you decide to cancel. For example, if you signed up on September 10th and you purchased a monthly plan, your next billing cycle would begin on October 10th. If you purchased an annual plan, your next billing cycle would begin on September 10th of the following year.

You can cancel at any time by logging into your account and clicking on the square icon next to the “Welcome, (Your Name). Select the Company Admin tab, then under “Value Plan Subscription” click on My Subscription > Deactivate Plan.

If you choose to cancel, make sure you complete the steps above prior to your billing date to avoid any unwanted charges. Upon doing so, your account will be cancelled effective on your next billing date. You will continue to have access to your candidates, jobs, and resume database up until that same date.

No. If you decide to cancel your monthly plan, it will be canceled at the end of the subscription period that you chose and you will not be billed again.

Once you complete your purchase online, you will be taken to the job posting form where you can fill out your job posting. We have detailed documentation if you need any further assistance. Please note, if you purchase a monthly subscription with resume database access, there may be a slight delay before you can access your job postings while we verify your order - typically 2 business hours. For the safety of employers and job seekers alike, businesses are validated by our security team before we allow access to job seekers' information. In the meantime, we've put together some webinars on how to make the best of your subscription plan here.

Job postings and emails do not roll over to the next month if you do not use them. Our value plans are designed to offer monthly recurring access to our products.

You can post a US City Priority Job Posting in any city within the United States. When posting a job, you will select the city and zip code where the job is located. The posting will appear in searches within a 30-mile radius of the location you list. If you would like your job to be posted to a larger audience, we do have national, regional and state postings available for purchase; or, if you would like to post your position outside of the United States, we also have country specific job postings.
