Ferguson holds a master's in business administration from the University of Chicago and a law degree from Northwestern University.
As President and Chief Operating Officer, Irina Novoselsky helps to set CareerBuilder’s corporate direction to strengthen market penetration, drive growth and profitability, and amplify brand visibility. She oversees finance, marketing, go-to-market strategy, operations, customer care and information technology and data security.

Before joining CareerBuilder, Novoselsky served as President of Novitex Enterprise Solutions. Prior to this, she was an investment strategist for Dubin & Co, Apollo Global Management and at Morgan Stanley in the M&A group. She is a member of YPO and was named Female Executive of the Year by Stevie® Award for two consecutive years. She graduated magna cum laude from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
As CareerBuilder’s Chief Product Officer, Humair Ghauri leads product and technology teams to solve some of the biggest problems companies and workers face today, while also driving growth of CareerBuilder's business. A long-time visionary in the human capital space, Ghauri’s main focus is building groundbreaking solutions that make recruiting, hiring and managing talent faster, easier and more cost-effective than ever before.
Over the last two decades, Ghauri has developed technologies that are widely used by human resource professionals, recruiters and workers worldwide. He most recently served as the Chief Product Officer for ADP and has held senior leadership roles for Skillsoft, SumTotal Systems, Oracle and PeopleSoft, overseeing next generation global product and technology strategies. He also has a history of driving engineering and global implementations of ERP software for Fortune 500 companies.
Ghauri holds a bachelor's degree in computer information systems from City University of New York, Baruch College, and a master's degree in networking and telecommunications from Pace University in New York City.
Anthony Dupree is CareerBuilder’s Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer, a role that is among the first of its kind in the industry. Charged with producing state-of-the-art defense strategies, Dupree oversees infrastructure, development opportunities, cloud and security to ensure that CareerBuilder, its clients and its users are protected in a safe ecosystem. He is responsible for the company’s global IT and information security vision, policies and programs and runs the day-to-day operations.
Dupree is a top innovator in cybersecurity with a career spanning more than two decades. Known for taking a holistic approach and creating a security culture within organizations, Dupree has been the driving force behind global enterprise IT security, network infrastructure and risk and compliance strategies for Fortune 500 organizations.
Dupree served as the CIO and CISO for Novitex Enterprise Solutions and held IT leadership roles for some of the best known brands in the world, including McGraw-Hill Education, Elizabeth Arden and Toys R Us. He has a Masters of Technology from the Stevens Institute of Technology and holds certifications from the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and the International Council of E-Commerce Consultants (EC-Council).
Dupree is also a decorated Army Reserve Officer who served for 28 years before retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. He received numerous awards, including the Bronze Star for Operation Iraqi Freedom – the second highest award for any soldier to receive.
As Chief Human Resources Officer for CareerBuilder.com, Haefner is responsible for developing and implementing global strategies for employee engagement, talent management, organizational design, recruiting, benefits, and community outreach.
Pulling from her more than 20 years of extensive HR experience and research, Haefner is an employment expert who regularly addresses a variety of industry forums as well as appears on national Television (CNN, FOX NEWSCHANNEL, the Today Show, The Early Show, etc.) and radio (NPR, CBS Marketwatch, etc.) programs to discuss the state of the job market, hiring practices and a multitude of workplace issues.
Under Haefner's leadership, CareerBuilder has received numerous employment focused awards including BusinessWeek's 'Best Places to Launch a Career,' Training Magazine’s Top 125, ComputerWorld’s Best Places to Work in IT and 'Best Places to Work' features by Chicago Magazine, Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Glassdoor.com, and the Chicago Tribune. Before joining CareerBuilder.com, Haefner headed up the Midwest Region's Employee Services team for RCN Corporation. Prior to this, she served as Vice President of Human Resources for AGENCY.COM as well as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at McGladrey & Pullen. Haefner has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Chicago and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Alex Green is General Counsel for CareerBuilder, responsible for managing all legal matters involving the company. In his role, Green develops policies, programs and strategies to support and propel the company's fast-paced growth domestically and overseas.
Green has an extensive background in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and litigation management, with an exceptional track record in commercial and employee relations matters. He has also played an integral role in the company's international expansion efforts. Prior to joining CareerBuilder, Green served as Senior Counsel for Household International and McDonald's Corporation and worked as a corporate attorney for the law firm of Ross & Hardies.
Green holds a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University School of Law and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Green is active in the local Chicago community and has served on the board of Windy City Habitat, Chicago's Habitat for Humanity affiliate.

As President of CareerBuilder International, Farhan Yasin drives the strategic vision and company operations in EMEA, APAC and South America. He is responsible for growing CareerBuilder’s international footprint as a leading HR SaaS provider, leveraging innovation and deep market knowledge to help companies connect with the right talent.
Yasin’s tenure in the technology sector spans more than 20 years. He co-founded and was the CEO of DataClover, a SaaS platform for the auto industry. Prior to this, he served as Groupon’s Chief Operating Officer, International, where he focused on increasing revenue and market reach through acquisitions, organic business launches and expansion of existing entities.
Yasin has a long history with CareerBuilder. Before DataClover and Groupon, he served as the President of CareerBuilder EMEA and played a pivotal role in helping CareerBuilder become the global leader in online recruitment. Under his direction, CareerBuilder built a fast-growing business and strong competitive force in Europe, Canada, China and other key markets worldwide.
Yasin sits on the boards for DataClover, RuMe and Big Shoulder’s Fund. He holds a JD/MBA from the University of Denver.
